WHAT YOU’LL TASTE 

First, the mouth-watering burst of green apple. Then citrus brightness and refreshing fizz. 

 WHAT YOU’LL NEED 

  • 40ml Speyburn 10 Year Old 
  • 35ml fresh apple juice 
  •  Soda water  
  • Ice  
  • Green apple slice 

HOW TO MAKE AN APPLE AND SODA HIGHBALL  

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice. 

  2. Add the whisky. 

  3. Add the apple juice. 

  4. Top with soda, then stir. 

  5. Garnish with apple. 

  6. Drink.  

WHY IT WORKS 

Our 10 Year Old is matured in bourbon casks. Those casks bring out the fruity notes, then apple adds even more. Simple, really.  

A spirit. A mixer. A tall glass. That’s the highball. It’s been that way since the 1800s.
