- 40ml Speyburn 10 Year Old
- 35ml fresh apple juice
- Soda water
- Ice
- Green apple slice
HOW TO MAKE AN APPLE AND SODA HIGHBALL

Fill a highball glass with ice.

Add the whisky.

Add the apple juice.

Top with soda, then stir.

Garnish with apple.

WHY IT WORKS
