Deep in the dunnage warehouse, our casks rest. Some for years. Others for decades. All waiting. When one is ready — and it’ll tell us when it is — we release it from the distillery.
Most of our whisky heads straight out into the wider world. Some of it doesn’t. Our distillery is where we share a small number of our most remarkable casks a little more widely.

Speyburn 1975 Edition Cask 7
A combination of first‑fill and refill European oak butts and American oak hogsheads, filled in 1975 and matured until 2017, before a final period of finishing in first‑fill Oloroso sherry casks from 2017 to 2026.
Single Cask
Speyburn 2000 Cask 470
This single cask will be a distillery exclusive, limited to 216 bottles.
