Mango and whisky turns out theyre friends. 

Our Rum Cask Finish already brings ripe fruit and warm spices. Mango gives them a leg up. Soda keeps it bright. Sweet, spiced, refreshing. 

WHAT YOULL TASTE 

Ripe mango. Vanilla and caramelised banana. Like biting into sun-warmed fruit on the beachServed with a spiced edge you didnt see coming. Unless youve read this far.  

WHAT YOULL NEED 

  •  45ml Speyburn Rum Cask Finish
  • 75ml mango juice
  • Soda water
  • Ice
  • Lime 

HOW TO MAKE A MANGO FIZZ 

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.

  2. Add the whisky.

  3. Add the mango juice. 

  4. Top with soda. 

  5. Stir. 

  6. Garnish with lime. 

  7. Drink. 

WHY IT WORKS 

Our Rum Cask Finish brings the spice. Mango brings the sunshine. If it was any easier to make, it would pour itself.
