WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 35ml Speyburn Jerez Sherry Cask
- 15ml lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- Cava
- Ice
- Orange wedge
HOW TO MAKE IT

Fill a short highball glass with ice.

Add the whisky.

Add the lemon juice and sugar syrup.
