The classic mule meets Kentucky bourbon casks. Whisky, lime, ginger beer.

Moscow Mule. Kentucky Mule. The difference? One’s bourbon, one’s vodka. Or in this case, our Kentucky Bourbon Cask instead of either. Whisky, lime, ginger beer. Refreshing, spicy, simple.

What YOU'LL TASTE?

Vanilla and citrus from the whisky, then a twang of sharp lime. Warming ginger spice rounds everything off. Like a Moscow Mule – but one with Kentucky bourbon cask character galloping through it.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

·         35ml Speyburn Kentucky Bourbon Cask

·         15ml fresh lime juice  

·         Ginger beer

·         Crushed ice

·         Lime wedge and mint

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  1. Fill your glass with crushed ice. 
  2. Add the whisky.
  3. Add the lime juice.
  4. Top with ginger beer.
  5. Stir gently.
  6. Garnish with lime and mint.
  7. Drink.
