Moscow Mule. Kentucky Mule. The difference? One’s bourbon, one’s vodka. Or in this case, our Kentucky Bourbon Cask instead of either. Whisky, lime, ginger beer. Refreshing, spicy, simple.

What YOU'LL TASTE?

Vanilla and citrus from the whisky, then a twang of sharp lime. Warming ginger spice rounds everything off. Like a Moscow Mule – but one with Kentucky bourbon cask character galloping through it.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

·         35ml Speyburn Kentucky Bourbon Cask

·         15ml fresh lime juice  

·         Ginger beer

·         Crushed ice

·         Lime wedge and mint

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

1. Fill your glass with crushed ice. 
2. Add the whisky.
3. Add the lime juice.
   
4. Top with ginger beer.
5. Stir gently.
6. Garnish with lime and mint.

7. Drink.

Our Kentucky Bourbon Cask is matured in first-fill bourbon casks from – you guessed it – Kentucky. More oak influence. More vanilla. More punch. 

The lime cuts through that richness. The ginger beer adds spice and fizz. Together they make something refreshing that still tastes like proper whisky. Serve in a copper mug if you’re feeling traditional.
